Job Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth organizational development analysis, including the evaluation of organization structure, roles & responsibility, and strategic alignment

Perform job value mapping and create accurate, role-specific job descriptions to support business needs

Job Qualifications

Willing to work in Sunter, Jakarta Utara

Effective written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English is a plus

Bachelor

Minimum 2 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a similar role, with proven expertise in organizational analysis, job evaluation, and job description development

Strong analytical thinking with a focus on continuous organizational improvement

Excellent interpersonal skills and a resilient, composed mindset when handling complex situations
