Key Responsibilities Develop enterprise-grade AI-powered course bots focused on scalability, performance, and extensibility Architect and implement generative AI solutions using AWS cloud services Collaborate with faculty, product managers, and educational technologists to translate pedagogical requirements into technical solutions Build robust, scalable, and secure serverless and microservices-based architectures Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG and contextual retrieval approaches Implement evaluation frameworks for generative AI performance and reliability Develop multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, and related orchestration tools Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services Build seamless integrations with learning management systems and digital platforms Implement monitoring, logging, and analytics systems to measure bot performance and usage patterns Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as FERPA Stay current on emerging AI, cloud, and educational technology trends

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ years of software development experience building cloud-native applications Strong AWS expertise across AI/ML, serverless, and data services Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques Experience with generative AI evaluation frameworks Experience building AI/NLP applications in Python Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications Experience with educational technology platforms Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform or AWS CDK Advanced knowledge of LLM architectures and ML algorithms Contributions to open-source projects or academic research Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue
