Land Acquisition & Development Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute land acquisition strategy for renewable energy projects Identify suitable land based on technical, environmental and grid access requirements Lead full-cycle land acquisition process from initial identification to signed agreement Lead negotiations with landowners, communities and local stakeholders Coordinate with BPN, regional government, village authorities and related agencies Manage land acquisition budget and cost control Handle community engagement and resolve land-related conflicts Provide regular progress reports to senior management Ensure land readiness aligns with company’s MW expansion targets Ensure project milestones toward Financial Close and Construction Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field Minimum 3 years experience in land acquisition Proven successful completion of at least 2 utility-scale projects land acquisition and permitting process Lead identification and securing of large-scale project sites (50+ hectares) Strong knowledge of Indonesian land law, BPN procedures and licensing Demonstrated experience in resolving land disputes and community negotiation Strong leadership and negotiation skills Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication Willing to travel extensively
