Aboutthe role:
Be 1 of the first 5 team members to join this newly created function.
The OffshoreClient Services Administratorprovides reliable administrative and coordination support across rostering, after-hours operational functions, compliance administration, registers, reporting, and system data quality.
You will ensureoperational tasks are completed accurately and on time, documentation ismaintainedto a high standard, and information is escalated appropriately to AU-based leaders. This role supports execution and tracking within defined procedures and service standards.
Key responsibilities:
Rostering & Workforce Administration Support
After-Hours / On-Call Operational Support - on rotating rosters of day shift, afternoon shift, overnight/evening shift, including some weekends
Incident, Complaints & Safeguarding Administration Support
Documentation Control & Process Adherence
Compliance Administration & Registers

About You:

Demonstrated experience in admin/operations support in a process-driven environment (health, disability, aged care, workforce coordination, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintainaccuraterecords, trackers, and registers
Confidence working to SOPs, checklists, and service-leveltimeframes
Ability to triage tasks, manage competing priorities, and elevate appropriately.
Strong written communication skills (clear, factual, professional)
Comfortable working with multiple systems and spreadsheets; high accuracy in data entry
Strong understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and handling sensitive information
Experience supporting rostering and workforce coordination in a 24/7 environment
Experience supporting incident/complaints administration, audit preparation, or compliance registers
Exposure to NDIS, disability services, or regulated environments
Familiarity withCareMasterand/or Employment Hero (or similar platforms)
Basic reporting capability (e.g., Excel reporting, tracker dashboards)
