Location
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Relocation support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy: contribute to and execute the account and Chain Wholesale strategy while effectively communicating the strategy to internal stakeholders
Global Account Ownership: end-to-end commercial ownership and high-level operational support of select strategic global hotel chain brands
Account support: handle commercial and operational enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Cross-functional project management: collaborate with TD Account Managers and other teams (Travel Distribution, Key Accounts, Product, Marketing, supply, finance, etc.) to drive profitable growth
Performance reporting: manage reporting and analysis; prepare updates on business performance, proposals, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Optimization & Innovation: identify business needs and opportunities, size impact and drive development of features, experiments, automation, etc.
Communication: provide constructive feedback on account performance and opportunities to internal and external leadership teams
Qualifications / Experience
5-10 years of work experience, with 2+ years in travel distribution, project management, or account management, ideally within travel or tech
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Growth mindset, data-driven decision-making, able to work across multiple functional areas
Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude
Adaptable, results-oriented, and a great team player
Ability to manage moving parts across projects; highly structured with prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication with ability to influence across stakeholders
Nice to have
Strong problem solving, numerical and analytical skills
SQL writing ability
Experience in a B2B environment or hotel chain
