We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Analyst to join ourfinance team. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in financial analysisand accounting, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, smelting, or miningsectors.

This role requires strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, andcost analysis, along with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Multilingualcommunication skills, especially in English and Chinese, are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review accurate financial statements in accordance with accountingstandards.

Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Utilize ERP systems for financial data management and reporting.

Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Industry experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Smelting, or Mining is preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Expertise in financial & variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and dataanalysis.

Soft Skills

Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.

Clear and eective communication skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
