IT Support
who can keep our operations running smoothly, solve problems before they become chaos, and support our teams with reliable tools and smart solutions.
This isn’t a back-office-only IT role — it’s hands-on, cross-functional, and crucial to our growth.
What You’ll Do
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot office networks (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
Ensure all hardware and software systems (Mac & Windows) function optimally across departments.
Provide day-to-day tech support for teams — from minor troubleshooting to urgent escalations.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
Support system security, backups, and data protection protocols.
Assist in onboarding new employees with proper tech setup and digital tools.
Collaborate with Inventory, Warehouse, and Online Marketing teams to ensure tech alignment.
Manage user accounts, email setups, and access rights (Google Workspace, Microsoft, etc.).
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years experience in IT Support / IT Operations (startup or retail company experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, email clients, and cloud-based systems.
Quick thinker, problem-solver, and calm under pressure.
Able to juggle multiple requests and prioritize based on urgency.
Strong communication skills — you're not just technical, you're approachable.
