Responsibilities Arya Noble is the brains behind Indonesia's leading beauty and wellness brands such as Erha, Genero and Derma Xp. In this role you will help create and execute 360° marketing campaigns that enhance brand and product strategies, partner with cross‑functional teams, and drive consumer engagement.

Conduct market research to gather qualitative and quantitative data that informs brand and product strategies.

Develop end‑to‑end 360° marketing plans ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

Collaborate closely with Customer Lifecycle Management, Trade Marketing, and Modern Trade units to roll out new and existing product and brand initiatives.

Engage internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.

Continuously improve and innovate by evaluating new and existing product and brand strategies to achieve better results.

Monitor brand guidelines and strengthen brand awareness across all channels and products.

Administer all marketing activities and produce reports to evaluate performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or General Management.

1‑2 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Strong knowledge in brand strategy and product development.

Proficiency in Market Research, Project Management and Digital Marketing.
