QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Analyze business and technical requirements to define clear, traceable test scenarios, ensuring full coverage and testability.

Implement and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Robot Framework and Requests.

Perform end-to-end testing activities including smoke, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ensure defects are accurately logged, triaged, and tracked to resolution using tools such as JIRA.

Conduct root cause analysis of defects and drive preventive actions to improve product and process quality.

Monitor and report quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release readiness.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in Quality Assurance, covering mostly automation testing.

Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and overall QA processes.

Experience testing mobile apps (Android/iOS), web applications, and APIs, ensuring quality and consistency across platforms.

Knowledge of

API testing

concepts and ability to validate APIs manually using

Postman

or similar tools.

Good understanding of software testing methods, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits into continuous integration and deployment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work well with developers, product managers, and other team members.

Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
