Regional People Partner Intern - North Sumatera (HR Field)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for support recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; docs preparation, Background check Etc Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline Collaboration with local shools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Qualifications:

BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field Have a basic understanding of recruitment and human resource Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good oral and written communication skills Detail oriented and ability to manage tasks
