Senior Executive Business/Finance Analyst

This role will work directly with the

Group President

to support strategic decision-making, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role combines analytical insight, bilingual communication, and executive-level collaboration — ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with top management in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities:

Support in business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. Prepare and analyze business reports, financial charts, and performance dashboards. Act as a communication bridge with Mandarin-speaking principals, suppliers, and partners. Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure timely execution of key initiatives. Develop presentations and business insights to support management meetings and strategic discussions. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in

Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2 years; prior work in a

management consulting firm

or

strategic/financial analysis role

is preferred. Fresh Graduates with excellent skillset and strong learning agility are welcome to apply Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling

skills. Excellent communication skills in

English and Mandarin

(spoken and written). Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
