Production Manager

Overseeing all factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control. Developing and implementing strategies to optimise production efficiency and output. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards within the FMCG industry. Managing and mentoring a diverse team across various departments in the factory. Monitoring and controlling budgets to achieve cost-effective production processes. Collaborating with other departments to align production goals with company objectives. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance factory performance. Analysing production data to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Requirements :

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry Strong knowledge of factory operations, production processes, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in managing budgets and resources effectively.
