About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Logistic Team Leader

who will be responsible for leading logistics operations with a strong emphasis on international trade activities. This role covers the management of export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of working experience in logistics, with at least 2 years handling

export and import (EXIM) operations

in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of

export-import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international trade compliance

Experienced in preparing and managing

export & import documentation

(Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, PEB, PIB, etc.)

Familiar with coordinating freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities

Hands‑on experience using

ERP/SAP

systems for logistics and EXIM processes

Having certificate PPJK is a strong advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage costs, solve problems, and ensure timely delivery in complex supply chain operations

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Lead and coordinate daily logistics activities with a focus on export & import processes

Ensure accuracy and compliance of all export & import documentation in line with customs and international trade regulations

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs officials to guarantee smooth clearance and shipment flows

Monitor timelines to ensure timely delivery of imported materials and exported products

Control logistics and EXIM costs while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on export & import activities, shipment status, and vendor performance

Resolve any issues related to EXIM processes such as delays, documentation discrepancies, or compliance risks
