Retail and Brand Experience

Job description: Support technology execution for immersive brand experiences across events, offline activations, and online engagements. Manage and operate experiential tools such as AR filters, virtual try-on, digital kiosks, interactive displays, and event tech systems. Work closely with Brand & Commercial teams to develop seamless consumer journeys across multiple touchpoints. Monitor usage, collect data, and generate insights to improve effectiveness of immersive solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues during activations or events and coordinate with vendors or internal IT when needed. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge libraries for experience technology use. Continuously explore new tools, trends, and solutions to enhance Paragon’s experiential capability.

Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major. 1–2 years of experience in experiential marketing technology, event tech operations, creative technology, or related field. Familiarity with AR/VR tools, digital activation hardware, or interactive installations is a strong advantage. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Strong collaboration skills with both technical and creative teams. Ability to work under tight timelines and manage on-ground activation needs. Experience in digital production or UI/UX is a plus.
