Role Overview
The PMO Assistant / Administrator supports the
Chief of Project
and Project Management Office in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, schedule and budget tracking, and day-to-day administrative support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the
Chief of Project
in coordinating and monitoring multiple projects
Maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation
Track project budgets, expenses, and basic financial reports
Prepare project updates, reports, and meeting notes
Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Support quality control, follow-ups, and issue tracking
Qualifications
Basic to strong understanding of
project and program management
principles
Minimum 2 years of experience
in
project management administration
or a related role
Good
analytical skills
for
budget tracking, resource monitoring, and cost control
Experience in
handling invoices, expense tracking, and basic finance coordination
Working knowledge of
legal documentation and compliance
related to projects (contracts, agreements, permits, or approvals)
Relevant experience or education in
Project Management, Finance, Legal, Business Administration , or related fields
