Junior Accountant

Overview

Junior Accountant — Hepta Solutions, Bali, Indonesia. Hepta Solutions is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company and clients and assist in maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system. Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets. Maintain supporting documentation for accounting transactions. Assist with bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash flow. Support tax preparation and compliance processes in accordance with Indonesian regulations. Assist in preparing financial reports for internal review and client reporting. Ensure proper classification of expenses, revenues, and assets. Maintain organized accounting files and documentation. Support the senior accounting team in various financial and administrative tasks. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Additional Requirements

High level of integrity and professionalism. Willingness to learn and develop accounting and tax knowledge. Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy in financial records. Application Process
