Network Monitoring

Optional: Soft skill development via Udemy: effective communication, time management

Functional rotation: hands‑on project, shadowing department Technical Support.

Mentorship & coaching: mentoring from senior management, regular check‑in and feedback session

Evaluation & feedback – evaluation from program owner, presentation to Technical Leaders

Assignment to specific project / department as internal contract or project‑based employee

Process & Procedures

Hiring 5 fresh graduates with IT background, Diploma or Bachelor Degree, basic skill needed: Basic Linux & Basic Concept SQL

Contract period 6 months incl. 3 months review period: 1 Feb 2025 – 31 Jul 2025 (template contract to be prepared)
