Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Leasing Mall, Retail or commercial property

Familiar with leasing management systems and CRM

Negotiation and sales strategy

Market analysis & retail industry trends

Understanding of lease agreements and legal aspects

Basic financial management related to leasing

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Problem-solving ability in handling tenant needs

Able to build and maintain strong tenant relationships

Good multitasking and time management skills

Strong analytical thinking to optimize occupancy rates

Willing to be placed in Kota Baru Parahyangan - Kab. Bandung Barat.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective tenants for commercial spaces

Conduct market research and analyze retail/commercial trends

Handle lease negotiations and closing deals with prospective tenants

Prepare and review lease agreements and related documentation

Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants

Monitor occupancy rates and propose strategies to optimize leasing performance

Coordinate with internal teams regarding tenant fit-out and handover

Prepare leasing reports and performance updates
