Job Purpose
Manage new product projects, launches, brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and market research for the Indonesian market
Key Main Responsibilities
Responsible for new product pre-launch, launch plan, including brand and marketing activities tailored for the Indonesian market.
Lead national marketing campaigns with cross functional cooperation.
Track product sales, identify challenges, and implement measures to drive healthy and sustainble business growth in Indonesia
Support marketing director and Indonesia team, including company strategies and budgets.
Conduct
market research and analysis
to support business development strategies in Indonesia
Support
brand communication and promotional activities
Collaborate and cooperate with technology development and registration departments to o ensure successful product commercialization;
Participate in and support the company's new product launch conferences, industry exhibitions, important marketing activities in Indonesia
Responsible for the promotion of the product on social media.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned
Educational background:
Bachelor degree or above, major in plant protection, pesticide, agronomy and other related fields
Work experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in biotechnology, agrochemical, or related industries. International experience is a plus. Exceptional candidates with slightly fewer years of experience are welcome to apply.
Professional knowledge and skills:
proficient in English, experienced in project management, advance in Microsoft skills, proficient in artificial intelligence tools, strong data analysis and summary skills
