Hauling Foreman

Job Responsibilities Manage and execute standard operations of a semi‑tractor trailer for OTR drop and hook services. Standard operations are well managed and executed.

Perform prescribed truck inspections before departure to ensure good running order.

Supervise loading and unloading of freight, obtaining the client’s signature on delivery.

Communicate any delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns to dispatchers.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of programs conform to official standards, requirements and procedures applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meets the intended outcome.

SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Min. 1 - 3 years experiences in the same field

Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization.

Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction.

Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required).

Attention to Detail

Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
