You will:

Lead and mentor the creative team (graphic design, photography, videography)

Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media

Ensure consistent branding and high-quality visuals across all channels

Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams

Manage content production timelines and oversee execution

Stay updated with creative trends to push fresh and innovative ideas

You are:

2-3 years of experience in a creative role, ideally in an agency, brand, or production environment

Proven experience in leading or mentoring a creative team

Strong design sense and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)

Excellent eye for visual storytelling and branding

Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback

Solid project management skills and comfortable working with tight deadlines

Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus
