Job Summary You own all user-facing product language across Hejaz digital platforms. You write clear, compliant, and user-focused content for web and app experiences. You work closely with product, UX, engineering, and compliance teams to guide users through financial journeys with confidence. You simplify complex Sharia-compliant financial concepts into language users understand and act on.

Key Responsibilities

Write and refine microcopy for web and app flows, onboarding, forms, errors, and notifications.

Develop clear, user-focused content for product pages, landing pages, and in-app education.

Translate complex financial and Islamic finance concepts into plain, usable language.

Partner with UX designers, product managers, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.

Support onboarding sequences and lifecycle messaging from a UX perspective.

Ensure product content meets legal, regulatory, and Sharia compliance standards.

Maintain voice, tone, and terminology consistency across digital products.

Contribute to content systems, reusable patterns, and UX guidelines.

Review and edit existing product content to improve usability and comprehension.

Support accessibility and inclusive design through clear language choices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital copywriting.

Proven experience writing for websites or apps, preferably fintech or regulated products.

Strong ability to simplify complex financial information.

High attention to detail and structured thinking.

Comfortable working cross-functionally in product teams.
