Key Duties The HR Manager is responsible to lead end-to-end HR functions in Rieckermann Indonesia, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. The individual would be hands-on, people-focused and able to partner with the team to drive a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

HR strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support the business growth of the company Recruitment & Onboarding - Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and engaging new joiner experience Employee Engagement & Retention - Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and strengthen engagement, and improve retention within the team Performance Management Support - Support the performance review cycle by working with stakeholders on goal setting, evaluations and development planning Learning & Development - Support the career growth and build capabilities from identification of training needs and coordination of learning activities Policies & Governance - Ensure compliance of HR policies are consistently implemented across the team C&B and Personnel Administration - Manage compensation & benefits administration, and maintain an accurate records of employee throughout their lifecycle, including statutory and regulatory matters

Job Requirements Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience in the capacity of HR generalist or similar role Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration or relevant field Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR function and tasks Has existing working relationship with the Ministry of Manpower Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and digitally savvy Demonstrate goal-oriented, dynamic, and high-responsibility attributes with effective planning, analytical and implementation skills Excels both under pressure and when working independently, while maintaining strong team spirit and disciplined work habits Proficient in verbal and written English skills Readiness to travel locally
