Finance And Accounting Supervisor

About the Role We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Individual Contributor) with strong experience in the automotive industry, preferably manufacturing/assembly. This role focuses on hands-on finance & accounting execution, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong control over manufacturing-related financial processes.

Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day finance & accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, inventory & costing). Prepare monthly closing, financial reports, and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Monitor production cost, inventory valuation, and manufacturing-related transactions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities. Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements: Min. 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting. Strong experience in automotive industry, especially manufacturing/assembly. Solid understanding of costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. Strong Excel skills; Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
