Graphic Design Specialist (Krita / Libresprite) | $65 Remote

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from initial concept sketches to finalized visual assets.

Document and clearly explain creative workflows, design decisions, and problem-solving approaches for AI training purposes.

Organize and manage design files, layers, and assets for structured handoff and long-term usability.

Apply advanced color correction, composition refinement, and asset preparation techniques to ensure high-quality output.

Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback and contribute to shared design standards.

Communicate design rationale effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience completing professional projects using Krita and Libresprite.

Strong portfolio demonstrating full project cycles from ideation to final deliverables.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in layer management, asset organization, and visual composition refinement.

Proven ability to solve complex design challenges and adapt workflows as needed.

High attention to detail and willingness to share transparent creative processes.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
