Responsibilities
Develop the annual and quarterly marketing roadmap aligned with business goals
Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication tone
Lead campaign planning from ideation to execution, ensuring 360ยฐ integration across channels
Oversee content strategy across relevant platforms
Lead product launch campaigns, seasonal campaigns, brand days, and partnerships
Build campaign briefs, objectives, KPIs, timelines, and success metrics
Track weekly and monthly marketing performance across channels
Analyze ROI, cost efficiency, sales contribution, traffic lift, and engagement metrics
Manage a lean marketing team with clear OKRs and performance tracking
Maintain crossโfunctional alignment across operations, product, creative, and business teams
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Minimum 3โ5 years of marketing experience (consumer brand, D2C brands preferred)
Strong understanding of social media (IG, TikTok), content formats, and digital marketing fundamentals
Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
Strong analytical skills for reading data, understanding KPIs, and making decisions
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
