and plan and review project proposals of CPI (Competitor, Partner, Industry) and MCP (Market, Customer, Prospect)

for BINUS Higher Education

• Act as a moderator for qualitative research, serve as a consultant for quantitative research, advise the Marketing

Intelligence Manager on competitor activities, and market opportunity

• Manage and monitor all activities that related to competitor activities, and opportunity for a new business

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all reports from subordinates, maintaining a high standard of work within the

team.

• Establish communication channels with the other Business units related with New Business Opportunity

• Design, plan, and implement ad hoc research and new business opportunity to systematically gather, record and

analyze data

• Manage market and Business conditions research to determine potential of Business opportunities• Recommend direction and/or changes to marketing mix either for ad hoc research projects or new business

opportunity projects

• Present the analysis and recommendation of ad hoc and new Business opportunity statistical data

• Monitor and coordinate work schedule and staff assignment because marketing intelligence nature of work

• Management Support Activities:

o Provide comprehensive report to direct Supervisor on a regular basis.

o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time

concern, effort and cost)

o Perform activities related to Quality Management System

o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct SupervisorEducation Requirement:• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in senior staff, or

• Minimum 4 years working experience

Special Skills/ Certification:

• Communication skill

• Basic design

• Data analysis

• Data interpretation
