As a

Property Planning & Development Senior Officer , you will focus on upstream project planning, structural feasibility review, and cost evaluation. You will collaborate with consultants and in-house teams (Architect, MEP, Asset/Finance Control) to develop, review, and optimize property development and maintenance initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring projects are well-designed before execution begins.

What You’ll Do

Develop planning concepts with consultants and internal teams for development, renovation, reconstruction, and maintenance projects.

Review structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with standards.

Analyze and review RAB (Bill of Quantity) and cost estimations for property projects (retail, warehouse, high-rise).

Provide technical recommendations and value engineering insights to optimize cost and structural efficiency.

Conduct periodic spot checks to ensure execution aligns with approved planning and structural intent.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in structural planning or property development.

Experience handling large-scale or complex projects (high-rise, warehouse, retail expansion).

Strong proficiency in CAD and technical drawing review.

Strong analytical skills in cost evaluation and structural feasibility.
