About the Company Founded in 1990, Linda Gallery is the premier gallery for East & Southeast Asian contemporary art and sculpture, operating in Singapore, Beijing, and Jakarta. We curate museum-quality exhibitions and art-fair showcases that connect leading regional artists with collectors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities/What you’ll do

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely submission of all tax filings (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Badan, etc.).

Handle all tax audits and liaise with relevant government offices when required.

Manage expense control, and reconciliation of accounts.

Support financial planning, budgeting, and internal control processes.

Coordinate with management on financial performance analysis and cost efficiency.

Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate partners as needed.

Requirements Education

— Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience

— Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience, including solid knowledge of

Indonesian tax regulations .

Technical Skills

— Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, Excel, or similar).

Knowledge

— Strong understanding of PSAK, e-faktur, and e-SPT systems.

Accuracy

— High attention to detail and ability to maintain clean financial records.

Communication

— Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is an advantage.

— Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
