Customer Relations Management Coordinator
Central Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
Coordinate with the Sales team to receive and process customer orders accurately and timely.
Communicate with the Production team to ensure orders are prepared according to schedule.
Liaise with customers, couriers, porters, and other related parties to arrange product dispatch and delivery.
Monitor order status and ensure smooth coordination from order processing until delivery.
Perform other CRM-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related position.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
