Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for
Desk Collection, Telesales, and Field Collection
positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.
Conduct resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
Ensure hiring targets and timelines are achieved to support operational workforce demands.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume hiring roles.
Manage recruitment administration including candidate documentation, and recruitment reporting.
Job Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling high-volume hiring.
Proven experience recruiting for Desk Collection, Telesales, and Field Collection roles is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting within fintech, or financial services, is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies for operational roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Yogyakarta or willing to relocate.
