WE’RE HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE
Placement: Jakarta, Indonesia
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a professional who understands sales processes, enjoys building relationships, and consistently achieves targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers
• Present products and services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up leads and manage sales pipeline
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the education industry
• Proven experience working in a study abroad consultation agency
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
Preferred:
• Experience in education or service-based industry
• Familiar with CRM tools
• Good English proficiency (written and spoken)
