Product Operation Intern: Job Description: Mekari is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Product Operation Intern, ideal for someone with a strong coding background and a passion for problem-solving through technology. The intern will assist the Product Operations team in identifying non-optimal processes within the product development lifecycle and exploring automation or technological solutions to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with senior members of the Product Operations team to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current product development workflows.

Research and evaluate low-code/no-code platforms and existing automation tools to improve processes.

Leverage coding skills to create custom scripts, integrations, or tools when off-the-shelf solutions are not available or suitable.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Manager, Product Operations, and Product Marketing to understand pain points and requirements.

Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and iterate based on feedback and usage metrics.

Requirements:

Current enrollment or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

Strong coding skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).

Experience or familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Power Automate, n8n, Cassidy or similar).

Knowledge of APIs, database systems, and integrations is a plus.

Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
