Responsibilities
Conduct end to end in-depth research on Shopee and other Sea Group services.
Analyze consumer behaviors, preferences, and pain points using both quantitative and qualitative data.
Design and manage surveys and other research tools to capture market sentiment.
Translate research findings into actionable insights for product, marketing, and leadership teams.
Build compelling research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree with minimum 1 year of experience in market or user research (preferably in e-commerce/tech).
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and statistical tools (SPSS or R).
Familiar with SQL and research/survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer).
Skilled in creating insight-driven presentations using PowerPoint.
Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Curious, proactive, and able to identify emerging trends.
Effective in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Willing to travel occasionally.
