About the role
An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive Project to join the team at PT. MAXIMUS ALUMINIUM INDONESIA in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing projects within the construction and project management industry.
What you'll be doing
Canvasing and generating new leads and prospecting for new business opportunities
Preparing and product presenting also conducting demonstrations
Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions through offers
Negotiating and finalising sales confirmation order
Managing project timelines, budgets and scope to ensure successful delivery
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Providing regular updates to superior on project progress
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the construction or project management industry
Excellent English communication, computer literacy (MS Office, shop drawing), and project management skills
Technical skills such as CRM software or other data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with end user, consultant, architect, applicator or contractors in construction field
Willing to work mobile or travel for business, preferable have a private vehicle
