Sales and Marketing Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker) A leading large-scale industrial glass manufacturer serving automotive and advanced industrial segments is looking for a Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing to support their business expansion and market growth.

This role is designed as an early-career development position with hands‑on exposure to commercial operations, customer engagement, and market development activities.

This role will actively contribute to sales growth initiatives and market penetration efforts by supporting customer relationship development, identifying new opportunities, and participating in commercial execution projects.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work effectively within a team environment, collaborate across functions, and adapt within a performance‑driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies for industrial and automotive glass products and related solutions

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining customer and partner relationships

Provide consultative support and basic product guidance to customers

Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and increase market presence

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for commercial insights

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to support smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

Support achievement of assigned sales targets and performance KPIs

Assist in proposal preparation and basic commercial analysis for new opportunities

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Business, Chinese Language, or other relevant fields

1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred —

fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Interest or exposure in automotive or manufacturing sectors is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset

Target‑driven, proactive, and eager to learn

Good analytical and problem‑solving ability

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Mandarin proficiency is mandatory — minimum HSK Level 5
