International Transportation Affairs Assistant

Responsibilities: Manage bonded and non-bonded operations at the Indonesia factory. Track maritime shipments after port arrival through factory receipt, including warehouse receiving, financial handling, and material issuance. Ensure timely pickup and delivery to the factory, coordinate production line operations, and support customs clearance by submitting required documents promptly to avoid port delays. Support the integration of Indonesian regulatory compliance into business processes such as procurement, sales, logistics, customs, and finance. Develop and deliver logistics and packaging compliance training for the Indonesia and Yichun factories to improve regulatory awareness and risk control. Maintain an order fulfillment issue log, identify recurring problems, and support corrective actions with the customs team. Coordinate with the finance team on monthly service provider settlements and accounts receivable confirmations. Liaise with local government authorities.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 3–5 years of experience in logistics and customs clearance Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Indonesian Strong business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations Strong problem-solving skills with high risk awareness
