Human Resources Development (HRD) Internship Program Join our Human Resources Development (HRD) Internship Program and gain first-hand experience in supporting employee development & organization planning initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Learn general HR practices, with a focus on the Human Resources Development function (planning, development, branding, & recruitment)

Assist in managing and creating content for the company’s LinkedIn account

Support employee data management related to HR planning and development activities

Assist in employee evaluation process

Support daily operational activities related to HR Planning

Qualifications

Active university students

Available for a

6 months internship program

Willing to commit to a full-time, on-site internship (Monday to Friday) at our head office in

Pulomas, East Jakarta .

Available to start in

early March 2026
