: Minimum 2 years

of experience in the F&B industry Strongly preferr ed: experience as Store Manager / Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in

chain or franchise restaurants Solid understanding of FOH & BOH operations Familiar with SOP-driven environments, KPIs, and sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Basic knowledge of food cost, labor cost, and inventory control Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations
