Job Purpose The HSSE Manager is responsible for leading and implementing a strong Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) strategy for our data center operations in Jakarta. The main goal is to make sure all employees and subcontractors work safely and go home safely every day, and to support our safety and sustainability ambitions as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities Develop, lead and deliver the HSSE strategy for the business to support safety and sustainability goals. Ensure safety, health, security and environmental programs are implemented and followed across all operations. Work to reduce incidents and injury rates through proactive measures, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Raise awareness and engage with employees, subcontractors, and stakeholders to promote personal safety and wellness. Report regularly to the Work Dynamics HSSE Lead and provide updates to the Integral Leadership team on HSSE performance. Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and global HSSE standards. Support continuous improvement of HSSE systems and practices across current and future sites. Lead HSSE training, audits, inspections, and safety communication activities.
