Responsibilities
Performs sourcing and product development functions for complements and fit out materials for HOME & IDEMU.
Sourcing, developing, following up, and implementing new IDEMU fit out materials:
Exploring potential new vendors and new IDEMU products.
Preparing GTM (Group Marketing Promotion), training materials, and conducting training, especially for designers, salespeople, marketing managers, and other relevant parties.
Sourcing, developing, following up, and implementing new complements for online and offline retail and business development projects:
Exploring potential new vendors and trending complements.
Preparing GTM (Group Marketing Promotion) training materials, and conducting training, especially for designers, salespeople, marketing managers, and other relevant parties.
Coordinating (especially operational activities) with internal parties and related parties for events, product catalogs, collaboration with designers, product inventory, retail distribution, completeness of support data, and other matters related to complement and fit out materials.
Launching new IDEMU fit out materials and HOME complements on time.
Reviewing and monitoring Sales, action plan improvement.
Implementing K3L/SHE, 5R, and protecting the environment at the work site.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Product Design/Interior Design.
1-2 years of experience in Product Designer (Furniture).
Soft Competencies: Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Negotiation skill.
Knowledge and good taste in interior design (mixing and matching products, color combinations, design trends).
Good communication in English and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Sketchup, Photoshop.
