Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Process daily financial transactions such as purchases, sales, and journal entries.
Ensure the company's overall financial operation efficiency by managing and controlling all aspects of Finance and Accounting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle communication with external parties such as banks, auditors, and the tax office.
Prepare and submit necessary tax reports.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable.
Maintain accounting records and systems.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Requirements
Proficient in SQL.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in the related role.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having CA / CPA will be an added value.
Having strong knowledge and a good understanding of Indonesian taxation will be advantageous.
Communication skills at all levels, excellent written and verbal in English.
