As a Private Dining Server, you are the face of the experience, ensuring every course, every interaction, and every detail contributes to a memorable moment for our guests.

A Private Dining Server is highly attentive to guest needs and skilled in managing a full sequence of service with precision. From preparing the private dining room, coordinating with the kitchen on meal timing, and delivering dishes with polished service etiquette, to anticipating preferences and providing warm, engaging interactions โ€” every action is designed to elevate the experience. Whether presenting menus, serving each course, refilling beverages, or maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the event, the Private Dining Server ensures every guest feels personally cared for.

Follow all company and safety/security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete all required safety trainings and certifications. Maintain a clean and professional appearance; protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, using clear and professional communication at all times. Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving shared goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and service excellence standards.

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods; bend, lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
