Store / Sales Manager – Coffee Equipment Retail

Manage day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.

Maintain clean, organized, and well‑stocked product displays of espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and accessories.

Guide customers through product options, demonstrating equipment and explaining use, care, and maintenance.

Handle customer issues, returns, and warranty questions with professionalism.

Train, supervise, and support staff to strengthen product knowledge and sales performance.

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and coordination of deliveries.

Track sales performance and work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum age 23 and above

Retail management experience—coffee or specialty retail is a big plus.

Solid knowledge of coffee equipment and brewing methods, or a strong willingness to learn fast.

A natural communicator who loves helping people and can handle tough situations calmly.

Sales‑driven, organized, and ready to take ownership of the store.
