Job Description

Qualifications Min 1 year of experience in Sales / Direct Selling B2C

Previous Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Education related roles is a plus.

Committed to delivering excellent service, with a proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.

Hardworking and results driven person.

Willing to work on a shift-based schedule as assigned.

Basic Computer Skills (CRM, Spreadsheets, Messaging Tools).

Passion for Education and helping people grow their skills.

Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Providing sales consultation based on their needs and interests. Deliver effective sales pitch and close deals.

Pitch the most suitable program and showcase comprehensive upselling action to our products.

Follow up with leads and potential students via phone, chat, or email when required.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.

Create and manage sales management and student database.

Build strong rapport and trust with customers and maintain good relationships to ensure their willingness to enroll and collect potential referrals.

Serve as front desk staff, welcoming and greeting walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assist visitors by showing the facilities and creating a positive first impression of the learning environment.

Provide accountable sales reports.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Academic teams to achieve enrollment targets.
