Lowongan Kerja Trip Leader / Cruise Director Silolona Sojourns is seeking a highly empathetic, culturally attuned, and operationally sharp Trip Leader to host guests aboard our traditional phinisi yachts. You will be the primary point of contact for guests from arrival to departure, working alongside the captain and crew to deliver seamless, meaningful journeys through Indonesia's most remote waters.

Key Responsibilities

Host guests end‑to‑end: daily briefings, evening updates, farewell.

Anticipate guest needs— from meal preferences to emotional cues.

Collaborate with crew—support, not supervise.

Remain calm and discreet in high‑pressure or unexpected situations.

Document trip summaries: guest preferences, incidents, notable moments.

What We're Looking For

High emotional intelligence and natural hospitality.

Strong logistical and adaptive thinking.

Deep respect for Indonesian culture.

Previous experience in hospitality, cruising, or remote travel leadership preferred.

Experience: cruise director: 1 year (preferred).

Language: English (required).

Willingness to travel: 100% (required).

Ability to commute/relocate: Denpasar—relocate preferred.
