About the role Sigmatech is seeking a talented SAP FICO professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As an SAP FICO specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering end‑to‑end financial solutions to our clients, helping them streamline their financial operations and achieve their business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

Implement and configure SAP FICO (Financial and Controlling) modules to meet client requirements

Analyse business processes and design solutions that optimise financial reporting and accounting workflows

Develop and customise SAP FICO applications to enhance financial management and control

Provide technical support and training to end‑users on the use of SAP FICO functionality

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other business areas

Continuously stay up‑to‑date with the latest SAP FICO trends, technologies and best practices

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP FICO implementation and configuration

Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes

Proficiency in configuring and customising SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Controlling

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Experience in leading and managing financial system implementation projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Passion for staying up‑to‑date with the latest SAP FICO developments and trends
