As a

Finance, Accounting & Tax Officer , you will play a key role in supporting the team by managing essential backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

Calculating, reporting, and paying WHT 21, 23, 4A2, BPJS, and VAT

Bookkeeping and preparing journal entries

Submitting the sales report at the end of each month

Reconciling outstanding accounts receivable

Preparing the annual report

Processing invoices and reimbursements

Reconciling the bank statement every month

Creating Cash Projection every month

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

Skills

Having knowledge of PPh 23 and 4A2

Performing bank reconciliation at the end of each month

Recording (bookkeeping) each transaction into the correct account title

Cross-checking and verifying all transactions (invoices and reimbursements)

Having knowledge of VAT In and Out

Having knowledge of the income statement and balance sheet

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Proficient in using Ms. Excel, ERP or other data management software (Accurate/Kledo)
