SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and maintaining financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Review and process invoices ensuring accurate coding, proper approval, and timely payment.

Input financial data into accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Reconcile bank statements with company records and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist in tracking and categorizing company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets.

Assist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and preparing reports for payroll submission.

Prepare and assist in generating regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns (sales tax, income tax, VAT, etc.), ensuring all tax obligations are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Having working experience in finance / accounting / tax will be a great advantage.

Having knowledge in Xero software will be a great advantage.

Minimum diploma degree with minimum GPA 3.50 or bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00 in accounting or related from a reputable university.

Having minimum TOEFL score 500 / TOEIC score 700 would be a definite advantage.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive).

Honest, good attitude, hard working, responsible, discipline, meticulous, communicative, creative.

Proactive and eager to learn.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
