Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Knowledge Base content and Service Articles (guides, procedures, and instructional materials) to ensure clear, accurate, and user-oriented documentation that supports effective use of the companyโs products or services.
Conduct effective content checking of grammar and languages that meet the standard and easy to understand by all stakeholders.
Ensure the quality of the content material in all BINUS Support Channel.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position
Experience in developing Knowledge Base content and Service Articles, including user guides, step-by-step instructions, workflows, or operational procedures
Detail-oriented
